Le personnel de l'hôtel est au petit soin. Hôtel très agréable, chambre spacieuse, le ménage est fait tous les jours avec beaucoup de soins et d'attention. La nourriture est très variée ainsi que les cocktails. Plusieurs piscines et bars à la disposition et ce jusqu'à minuit. La plage de l'hôtel est privé. Nous avons été très charmés par l'accueil, la gentillesse et la serviabilité de l'ensemble du personnel. Hôtel idéal pour un séjour en famille.

I liked the open spirit and overall organization I was not impressed by the diversity in the buffet and the impossibility to book a restaurant via the application or in any other way. I rather have a moroccan staff for the animation so it's more flavored, if I wanted more latinos animation, I would have travelled elsewhere ;-)

⭐ 1/5 – Very disappointing experience. Our stay at Iberostar Waves Saïdia was far below expectations. Our room had AC problems that were not properly resolved, and despite our child being sick and missing two nights, the hotel refused to change date of our stay. Communication between the hotel and Expedia was also extremely frustrating. Very poor customer service and not the experience we expected from an Iberostar property. Would not recommend.

Fabulous hotel with some fabulous rooms with fabulous beachfront views! The hotel's included breakasts, lunches and dinners were also fabulously delicious! The hotel's 2 large, shallow pools were relaxing, and they looked especially fun for families with children. Luckily, the weather in the hotel region was perfect for swimming in pools or in the Mediterranean or hiking on the beach across from the hotel. Thanks to the really efficient, helpful and kind receptionists, housekeepers, restaurant workers and other members of the hotel's fabulous team

Es ist nicht 5* drin, wo 5* drauf steht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber alles total in die Jahre gekommen. Das Buffet war leider nicht annähernd 5, 4 oder 3 Sterne. Zwar vielfältig, aber das Essen war nicht wirklich heiss. Die Angestellten waren nett, aber irgendwie überfordert mit dem Ansturm der hungrigen Leute. Sehr schade, da doch ein stolzer Preis verlangt wird.

The staff, accommodations, settings, cleanliness and communal restaurant continue to be a plus consistently as we stayed in 2013, 2014, 2022 and 2023. At times overcrowding was an issue. This last stay was marred by unacceptable construction noise on bloc 2, story 2. I had to speak to workers and at the desk that not even informing guests of this more than hour long din was just checked unacceptable.

It was me and my two daughters. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. The resort is massive! They had a good activity for the children one of the nights. The buffet food was good, though it got overbearingly crowded during lunch. The resort was completely full, but we still had enough space outside to have a good time. There is many reasons why it was so affordable--a lot of corner cutting. They said do everything through the app, but even the staff coudn't figure out how to use it. Staff was often completely unavailable to help--for example, they would say "oh, I don't know why that's not working, come to the front office." Walk to the front office, and that person is gone, so they told me to wait, or go somewhere else. I got the runaround a few times. We couldn't get a speciality dinner (we were there a few nights). Finally gave up after getting the runaround and spending a lot of time trying to figure this out. Most staff don't know how to answer questions aside from their immediate job, and people who can answer questions are seldom available. Overall, my daugthers had a great time, and that is what is most important. It is cheap for a reason.

Ble informert ved inn sjekking at vi skulle få rommet oppgradert. Til vår store skuffelse fikk kun det vi hadde allerede betalt for. Når jeg går tilbake til resepsjonen for å spørre hva slags oppgradering vi fikk, så hadde de ingen svar. Vi hadde bestilt barneseng til vår minste i april, men det stod heller ikke klart. Plassen var ellers veldig fin og aktiviteter gjennom hele dagen. 6/10

Hotellet er fantastisk, personale er veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Vil takke Ikram, Btissam og Mohammed fra resepsjonen og takke masse Hassan ( consierge) han hjalp oss mye med bagasjen ut og inn i bilen og til og fra rommet. Maten var veldig variert og kjempe god. Stort hotell med mye plass på basseng, restaurant osv 2 min å gå til stranda med solsenger. Kommer garantert tilbake.
