Authentic "Watchtower" from the 15th century, exceptional carefully restored medieval building, steeped in great history, nestled peacefully on a vast 10 hectare family property (formerly a "stronghold" with a fortified castle). Peaceful mini rural hamlet nestled in the countryside, in the heart of the bucolic local bocage, on a vast plateau of meadows (with the famous Charolais cows as neighbors), a stone's throw from a beautiful preserved forest. Very comfortable cottage with noble dimensions. Ultra spacious. Very beautiful volumes. Totally unusual interior architecture. Warm country character with "bourgeois" accents magnified by an exceptional heritage restoration (sublime star frame rebuilt identically, conservation of the old stone walls & corbels, French ceilings, fireplace mantle, stone & wood lintels , terracotta tiles, etc.). Lots of charm & character. Cozy & cozy. Bewitching atmosphere, 100% exotic. Pleasant enclosed paved courtyard terrace shaded under a vine trellis completed by an exposed terrace opening onto the meadows offering a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside. Large, well-kept shared garden with an atypical natural swimming pool (8x4m), a pétanque court & an orchard (apple trees, pear trees, fig trees, etc.). Composition: Detached house adjoining second gîte (total independence). Wireless. PAC heating. Ground floor: living room-kitchen-lounge (extra sofa convertible into a double bed 150x190cm or 2 single beds 75x190cm), bathroom (shower/WC). 1st floor: bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm). 2nd floor : bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm) with private "open" bathroom (free-standing bathtub) & separate WC. The tower is opened via a central hopper without a door which distributes the floors. Land shared by the gîtes (3000m²): courtyard, natural swimming pool (8x4m), pétanque court, carport (without allocated space) & enclosed dog kennel. Dogs not allowed "pool side". Private parking. Bicycle storage. All amenities.
