The property is a 3-room terraced house spanning 70 square meters across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining area with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This level also includes an open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms - one with a French bed (140cm x 190cm) and the other with two bunk beds (90cm x 190cm). There is also a bathroom and another separate toilet on this level.
