  • The accommodation is located in SAINT CYR SUR MER, Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur, France, on the 1st floor of a new luxury residence, secure, well kept. Sunny and bright apartment, very quiet.
    The apartment type 2, tastefully furnished is very bright, large bay window with a beautiful terrace.
    Free reserved parking, garage in the basement.
    Everything is feasible on foot (optional car).
    5 minutes from beaches and 3 minutes from shops

    Non-smoking accommodation (ashtray outside). Arrival between 3 pm and 7 pm Departure 10h. Short breaks: allow 2 nights minimum.
    Description:
    Kitchen equipped with oven / microwave, fridge, 2 induction hob, dishwasher, TV, bedroom + 1 sofa bed + 1 bathroom + separate toilet.
    NUMBER OF SLEEPING / PERSONS: 4
    1 dressing room is available to store clothes and suitcases

    SHEETS AND TOILET TOWELS PROVIDED
    Breakfast provided: coffee, tea, milk, cereals, jams, orange juice.

Appartement de qualité HDG à proximité des plages et du centre ville. Excellent et vraiment à recomm

Qualité de l'accueil par notre hôtesse Karine vraiment exceptionnel. Simple, rapide et claire tant à l'arrivée qu'au départ. Appartement très propre et de grande qualité, calme et proche de tout. Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement. A louer sans modération.. Merci Madame Karine pour votre gentillesse. Aline et Daniel Frémont.

Haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Anlage verbracht! Schönes Apartment mit Tiefgaragenplatz und Klimaanlage- ein echtes Plus! Super Lage zwischen Strand und Stadt (zu Fuß erreichbar). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Moderne und helle Wohnung mit toller Terrasse

Buchung, Check-in, Lage alles top. Zu den Restaurants ist es ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß aber direkt am Strand entlang. Einzig die TG-Parkbox ist seeehr eng. Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung und in der wunderschönen Umgebung

Le petit dejeuner pour les premiers jours est prévu .confitures jus de fruits etc..geste très apprécié et . idée vraiment géniale!

Un bel appartement neuf à la jolie déco moderne, très bien équipé. Situé au sein d’une belle propriété sécurisée. Calme et grande terrasse orientée est sans vis à vis 2e et dernier étage .

bien mais.....

Bel appartement sauf que l 'annonce n'indiquait pas que la résidence n'était pas terminée. Pelle mécanique, sciage de carrelage, terre qui vole... et j'en passe.. toute la journée pendant quinze jours sauf le dimanche. Impossible de profiter de la terrasse.
