"This was a very nice property and we had a very nice stay. Overall we were happy with our stay. We had a Privilege Rooftop Junior Suite. The room was big enough but wasn’t as clean and nice as we were expecting. When we arrived, our room was missing a coffee maker, the pull out couch was broken (more on this), the fridge in the room was never cold (24 hours for anything in it to be remotely chilled), the floors weren’t very clean, the pergola on the rooftop was missing and none of the outdoor furniture had any cushions. As for the couch issue, we reported it as broken to our butler, he and another butler came to the room to check it out. They said it’s just used a lot but when made into a bed it would be fine (when sitting as a couch you sunk into the middle). They then left without checking the couch any further. That night when housekeeping came to turn the couch into a bed (much later than we wanted as it had been a very long travel day) we found out there was no bed mattress in the couch, which explained why it seemed broken. Had the butler really looked into this, it could have been remedied much sooner. The housekeeper then had to go track down a mattress to bring up which took roughly an hour. Overall we were underwhelmed with the butler service. We felt there wasn’t much value out of it. The Privilege was worth it for the areas by the pools and beach however. Jillesa in the Privilege area by the kids pool was the BEST. She made our trip. Terry Ann at the beach, great!"

"We were at Ocean Eden for four luxurious nights. The property is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the drinks are plentiful. We particularly enjoyed dinner at the following restaurants: the Blue Moon Restaurant, the Steakhouse Restaurant, the Red Snapper, and Sugar Cane. Breakfast and lunch at the Marlin Restaurant were delightful and far less crowded. A cold front moved in after our first night bringing up a huge amount of seaweed, making the beach area essentially unusable for a few days, but the views were still amazing. The pool is the drawing point, so if you are a big beach fan, this may not be the place for you. There was live music each evening, and the sports bar is a fun spot. We would certainly come back again. "

"We love this resort! It was our second visit and it is like coming home! The staff is hospitality at the top tier!! So welcoming and friendly! Our butlers were amazing. They kept us updated on the events of the day, which restaurants were available and wanted to do what was needed for us to relax and enjoy. The food at Joia was delicious and good variety. Our lunch favorite is Port Maria, good breakfast buffet and also room service breakfast. Our favorites for dinner were Toscana (Italian) and the Greek over in Selection. We will definitely be back as soon as possible. "

"Property is beautiful but i did not enjoy my stay. Main pool was closed for half of my stay. Staff wasnt really friendly. Excellence club doesnt get you any perks; Everyone can access the “private” beach and pool. I booked the Excellence club suite with the swim-up pool, they dont bring drinks to the swim-up. After calling the service desk a few times I was finally told they dont offer that service and that I would have to leave my room to get a drink like everyone else. Getting a drink was hard anywhere in the resort. Room service always took longer than an hour. Gift shop prices are outrageous. Every restaurant has a dress code and its strictly enforced. I recommend Magna and Jerk Hut for lunch and dinner. "

"The room was clean and everything inside was in excellent condition. The room came equipped with an ironing board, a fully functional iron, TV and Ac which was very convenient. The front desk staff were outstanding especially Shelby and Roxanne, who were professional, welcoming and very helpful throughout my stay. I had an amazing overall experience. Breakfast is complimentary and the dining experience was top-notch. You truly get great value for your money when dining here. I highly recommend this hotel."
