"Nice clean room, 5 min shuttle to the airport - but also could be walked along a walk/bike path. Staff was friendly - lent me a phone charger for the evening. Breakfast buffet was very nice - fresh juice, coffee, good baguette and cheese, lots of fresh fruit. Hotel and walk to airport felt very safe."

Auch via Support vom hotels.com. waren die nicht erreichbar. Ich musste dann, nach 1.5h chatten mit Support, doch selber eine neue...
