La propriété est Calme et très bien entretenue. La proximité avec la petite plage privée est très agréable (restaurant / bar sur la plage très pratique pour petit dej/collation). Piscine sympa mais très vite saturée par le monde A noter : la disponibilité sur place de Sabine pour la remise des clefs. La gentillesse de john et Cyril pour s’assurer que tout va bien. La proximité des commerces de ST François. Nous recommandons cette location sans modération !!!!

Tolle Ferienanlage mit großem Pool und Palmenstrand

Das Apartement war Teil eines ehemaligen Hotelkomplexes (Anse des Rochers). Der große Pool mit Meerblick und der schöne Sandstrand sind für alle Gäste der Anlage zugängig und waren sehr gepflegt. Das Apartment bietet alles was man braucht, inkl. gutem Internet. Die Küche ist relativ neu und in einem separaten Aussenbereich. Das Bett war auf Dauer leider nicht sehr bequem. Das Gebäude ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, so wie auch das Badezimmer des Apartments. Zudem roch es nach altem Zigarettenrauch. Es gibt keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Anlage. Man benötigt ein Auto, wenn man dort Urlaub macht. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett, nur war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, da sie kein Englisch spricht.

Bel appartement très fonctionnel dans une jolie résidence.

L'appartement est en rez de chaussé coté nord avec une grande pelouse. Il est très bien aménagé et super équipé. La wifi fonctionne bien. La piscine à débordement est magnifique et agréable. Le bourg de Saint François est proche avec toutes les commodités. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour en Guadeloupe.

Séjour à l’anse des rochers

Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement bien situé sur St Francois. La taille idéale pour un couple avec une pièce à vivre bien équipée et une terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Le complexe sécurisé est très calme, en bord de mer avec une piscine plongeant sur l’ocean. Je recommande ce lieu pour découvrir grande terre et toutes ses richesses.

Avant de partir (mais aussi pendant les vacances) super relationnel avec John et Cyril. Très sympa et réactif. Accueil charmant par Sabine, la correspondante sur place. Ils ont tous les 3 de super conseils. Appartement très bien entretenu, très bien équipé, dans un cadre canon avec piscine et plage de rêve. Très central pour Grande Terre, mais un peu plus éloigné de Basse Terre, ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de bien en profiter. Bref, je recommande et si nous en avons l'occasion, nous reviendrons. Merci John et Cyril !

Séjour magnifique

Petit studio charmant, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé qui est situé dans une résidence juste exceptionnelle. Il y a un très beau jardin tropical, une immense piscine à débordement qui donne sur la mer. Un parfait pied à terre pour passer de superbes vacances. Et bien sûr des propriétaires sérieux, très sympathiques qui mettent tout en œuvre pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux.
