"Très beau logement conforme à la descrition. Proximité immédiate des plages de Royan et de St Georges de Didonne ainsi que des commerces et du marché.Je rejoins néanmoins un précédent avis concernant les rideaux des chambres. C'est vrai que des rideaux occultants seraient les bienvenus pour l'obscurité de la nuit et de plus feraient baisser la température de quelques degrés dans la maison lors d'épisodes de fortes chaleurs comme la canicule que nous avons eue la dernière semaine de juin."
