Recently restored, this cottage is located in the town of St Germain de Varreville (beach), 200 meters from the Leclerc Monument.
Single storey house with large enclosed land which offers three terraces, one with sea view, outdoor barbecue and garden furniture.
2 bedrooms: a double bed of 140, one with three beds of 90. Linens not provided.
Shower room with shower + WC.
Kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine ...

Maison très propre à notre arrivée. Le jardin spacieux et entièrement clôturé était parfait pour notre chien, environnement très calme, proximité de la mer fabuleux. Nous recommandons ! Alain et Colette

Yes, indeed it is great located, not very far from all the attractions in the area and the sea is at just a couple metres from the house. Inside there is everything you need. But specially we liked the big yard. We had a perfect time and we want to thank to Myriam who is a lovely host
