A real issue !

Well, before all, I need to say that it was a real issue to go from one hotel to another one, to get the entrance and the room key, and to understand the way it worked… In my mind, it doesn’t make sense. When you reserve a room in a hotel, it’s because you plan to be « received » there, and to be able to have « a human contact » there. It wasn’t the case at « Logis Héraclée ». There was about one mile of distance between the two hotels, and it was « necessary » to walk from one hotel to the other one.

Une halte paisible

Une halte trouvée au dernier moment en attente de réparation de voiture. Bien tranquille mais le manque de personnel à l'hôtel Heraclee m'a obligée à me passer de télévision car elle ne marchait pas! Heureusement l'autre hotel rénové servait de bons repas.

La chambre est correcte, la salle de bain très bien. Mais il n'y a pas d'accueil. Aucun personnel. On prend la clé dans un autre hôtel. Pour le petit déjeuner, il faut chercher un café....

L'accueil, le côté humain et l'environnement assez bien placé en bordure d'un petit port de plaisance. Très agréable et assez calme. Petit déjeuner assez copieux.

Nous avons réservé à cet hôtel car nous étions invités à un mariage à Saint Gilles. Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit. L’établissement est bien situé en face du port de plaisance, il est très calme mais la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont très petites: très peu de produits de toilette avec 2 grandes serviettes sans les petites et pas de placard dans la chambre juste un petit coin pour pondre ses affaires! Pour le prix de la nuit 69€ hors la taxe de séjour on ne doit pas s’attendre à mieux!! Bref pour une nuit, c’est très bien.

Il gestore molto cordiale e gentile. La posizione un po’ scomoda va bene per chi vuole girare perché si trova tra Arles Aigues Mortes e Les Saintes Marie. La camera era proprio piccola con poco spazio per muoversi e per riporre indumenti e ancora con la moquette. Pulizia così così. Parcheggio sotto l albergo sulla strada. Ci sono due ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La colazione se non compresa costa €9 altrimenti c è un bar a 5 minuti a piedi.

Small hotel in quiet village

This is a lovely small hotel on the quai. It was very quiet during the winter months. Breakfast was very good with fresh bread and pastries. Suggestions on area walks and farmer's market from the owner were helpful.
