The spacious primary bedroom is located upstairs and has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a tub shower combo. All 3 bathrooms in this home have a tub shower combo. Also located upstairs is the guest bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. Full-size washer and dryer in the hallway upstairs. Lastly, the main floor has a 2-queen bedroom with a hallway bath for easy access.
Features include updated appliances in the fully equipped kitchen including a gas stove and a new Ninja air fryer. Newly decorated to have a modern vacation home feel, with delicate attention to detail, all new beds, furnishings, and baths. Other features include Smart TVs in every room (4) along with high-speed wireless internet (this property is streaming only). Propane barbecue AND fireplace allow you to enjoy the luxuries of home in a resort environment. Step off onto the large back porch for your morning coffee and look out into the Lowcountry marshland. Take a walk down the road to the cabana club to hang out at the pools or pick up a bite to eat or drink.
A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all.
