This property is just as advertised - and the refurbished interior is very much appreciated. It is updated and functional. The town is itself is lovely and pleasant - the weather consistently 10 degrees (farenheit) cooler than Paris, with everything you need a short walk or at most a short drive away. Gorgeous beach, dogs not allowed in July and August - but just a littl walk down the dunes to the less populous area - St Georges - dogs are permitted. So it's fine and doable to bring your dog. Pascal is delightful. Highly recommended.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand gelegen, mit tollem Blick aus dem Wohnbereich. In dem Appartement war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen guten Urlaubsstart benötigten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Einmal über die Straße zum Meer. Ansonsten ruhig gelegen. (Mai) Die Kommunikation und der Check in lief reibungslos. Vielen Dank dafür.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober dort und es war herrlich! Das Wetter war toll und wurde nur von der perfekten Lage der Ferienwohnung übertroffen. Die Ausstattung hat gar keine Wünsche offen gelassen, das Sofa und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Im Sommer gibt es bestimmt viel Trubel, aber für uns war es jetzt perfekt.
Dhr Pascale had verkeerde wifi code opgehangen in het huisje en was moeilijk te bereiken via de telefoon, nam niet op. Meerdere keren moeten proberen. Dan uiteindelijk andere code gegeven. Rook detector werkte niet, mail gestuurd naar Pascale van Pascale vacances. Niet op gereageer, bij controle vertrek, gaf men de uitleg, batterij plat.
Dus heel de vakantie niet vervangen, vonden dit wel heel gevaarlijk.
De buren aan de ene kant zijn eigenaars en hebben hele namiddag gras afgedaan, haag gesnoeid, muren afgeschuurd. Vriendelijk gevraagd of hij dit in de voormiddag kon doen, maar heel agressief geantwoord, ik ben eigenaar en doe wat en wanneer ik wil. Was er bang van.
Niks privacy, kijkt heel de tijd wat je aan het doen bent en is heel luidruchtig
Dachten weekje rustige vakantie maar zeker niet het geval.
Ook heel raar, dat de eigenaar ons contacteerde om de rest cash aan hem te betalen bij aankomst. Ook aankomstuur veranderde van 14 uur naar 16 uur, pas dag ervoor gekregen via Homeaway met speciaal vereiste van Pascal Dudouit????
Gaan veel op reis, maar dit hadden we nu nog nooit meegemaakt, zo verwarrend en onduidelijk.
Eine Wohnung in toller Lage, direkter Zugang zum Meer gegenüber des Hauses, nur durch einen Parkplatz getrennt. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang sowie Terrasse und kleinen Garten, so dass es Hauscharakter besitzt.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit ansprechbar auch bei unserer An und Abreise außerhalb der regulären Zeiten. Danke dafür

Un appartement super équipé, propre et très agréable, avec vue sur mer. Nous avons également apprécié le calme, l’accès direct à la plage, et le parking privé. Et en prime un accueil chaleureux du propriétaire. Que du bon!
Unmittelbar am Strand gelegen. Parkplätze unmittelbar am Haus. Ferienhaus mit mehreren Appartements. Kommunikation nur in Französischer oder englischer Sprache. Keine deutschen Fernsehsender verfügbar. Supermärkte etc in ca 2km Entfernung. Erdgeschoss mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Vermieter immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Im April herrlich ruhig. WLAN kostenlos. Wir (2 Erwachsene mit 2 Hunden) hatten ausreichend Platz und haben uns gut erholt.
Appartement très agréable, lumineux, au calme, et à proximité immédiate d'une plage magnifique. Tout le nécessaire pour le confort est présent, matériel de bonne qualité, excellente literie, grande douche (et même des volets électriques).
La région est magnifique. Nombreuses possibilités de balades sur les plages, dans les dunes ou dans l'arrière-pays. Peu de restaurants mais de bonne qualité (mention pour "Les Ormes" près du port.
La relation avec le propriétaire a été simple et efficace. A noter qu'il possède plusieurs autres logements à Barneville-Carteret. Ne pas hésiter à le contacter pour qu'il vous inidique ce qui conviendrait le mieux à votre séjour.

Il ne manque rien dans cette location où tout semble neuf et situé dans un endroit très calme, idéal pour se reposer et se détendre. L'emplacement idéal, il face à la mer. Toutes photos reflètent bien cet appartement tout confort, très bien disposé et équipé avec les matériels de qualité. On voit le professionnalisme du propriétaire et le soin qui prend de l'appartement et de ses hôtes.
