From every corner of the house you have an unobstructed view of Lake Annecy and a 180° view from the jacuzzi. Breathtaking !!!

The design is refined and the bay window facade offers plenty of light.

The house is equipped for the greatest comfort of holidaymakers.

Chalet le Villaret is ideally located 15 minutes from Annecy and 1km from the beach, shops and the cycle path. Bicycles are available free of charge.



Chalet Le Villaret is a new construction with a 180 degree view of Lake Annecy. You will find an office area, a large living room with comfortable sofas. A fully equipped and very spacious kitchen will guarantee you very good moments of conviviality.

The house has a surface area of ​​170 m2 and a 30m2 terrace with a jacuzzi that can accommodate 5 people.

From the jacuzzi you can admire the lake, as far as Annecy as well as the surrounding mountains which make the beauty of the landscape.



The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor.

On the ground floor you will find a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a sofa and a sink.

1st floor 85 m2, kitchen, lounge area, office space, terrace, toilet and laundry room

2nd 70m2, master bedroom with lake and mountain view with private bathroom. Private bathroom with bathtub and two bedrooms with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other.

Beautiful home with incredible views!

Loved every minute we stayed at Stephane's place. It was perfectly suited for quick trips into Annecy and the Saint-Jorioz swimming beach was only 5 minutes away. The views were absolutely stunning and most evenings were spent enjoying wine on the deck and relaxing in the hot tub. Stephane has designed very thoughtful touches into his home and it was an exceptional experience.

Espace intérieur agréable à l’oeil mais agencement à améliorer.

Points positifs : espace global spacieux , jolie vue sur l’environnement ( si abstraction du premier plan), jacuzzi, confort moderne (cuisine, sanitaires, buanderie, wifi) , situation sur la rive calme du lac, mobilier et décoration agréables . Points négatifs (pour le prix ) : chambre parentale non cloisonnée (laissant filtrer bruits et odeurs), chambre au RdC sans fenêtre , hauteur insuffisante dans une chambre lit double sur la moitié du lit, ventilation inefficace (odeurs de cuisine dans cette même chambre fermée, malgré ventilation manuelle) , escalier intérieur mal sécurisé ( pas de rampe), éclairage à renforcer côté repas, quelques points d’aménagement à terminer.

Sejour lumineux et chaleureux

Excellent sejour dans ce tres beau chalet tcalme ; l'accueil de Stephane est chaleureux et genereux, sa flexibilite tres grande. Le lieu est tres agreable a vivre , le jacuzzi un plus tres appreciable apres les randonnees , face a cette vue maginifique . Nous conservons precieusement l'adresse !
