"We reserved a room with a king-size bed but were given a room with two standard beds instead. When you check in, be sure to confirm that your room matches the reservation you paid for. The hotel said the issue was due to Hotels.com not providing the correct reservation details. Also, keep in mind that weekends are extremely busy during the summer, so it's a good idea to book well in advance if you're planning to stay here. Despite the mix-up, I would stay here again. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating."

"We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The only thing we would change is the continental breakfast. It was just nutrigrain bars and 2 small blueberry muffins, along with a cup of juice and coffee. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and quiet."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jimmy is a responsive, considerate host who provides all the necessary amenities – plus many special touches – for a comfortable, relaxing, easy vacation. Condo is spacious, quiet, well-appointed and updated, with ideal proximity to downtown St. Joe and beach. Appreciated the garage parking, full size washer/dryer, beach towels and parking pass for beach access. Thank you, Jimmy. We travel to St. Joe often and hope to book again."

"The hotel was clean, but older. Our room was nice, clean linens and newer window coverings. We had an issue with our shower, only scalding hot water came out. We made due for the first day and the manager changed out the valve when we returned in the afternoon. Great service. Water park was an extra charge but rate was reduced for us. Breakfast was nice and area is kept very clean."
