At the crossroads of major routes to Gers and Lot-et-Garonne, Marianne, Eva, and Noémie are delighted to welcome you to the peaceful Mouta farmstead in St. Justin. Located 25 km northeast of Mont-de-Marsan, in the Landes d'Armagnac region, this village is a 13th-century bastide town steeped in history. On the edge of the Landes forest, 1 km from the village with its amenities, and 1.5 to 2 hours by car from the sea and mountains, your hosts await you to share the Gascon way of life. Within this former farmstead, the Mouta families lived for many years off their flock of sheep, their resin tapping, and their work in the fields and vineyards. The large Mouta house, arranged over two floors, has just been renovated to welcome you for peaceful holidays throughout the year, whether with family, friends, or for business. The ground floor offers: a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, four-burner gas hob, microwave, and oven; a spacious living/dining room with views of the surrounding countryside, Wi-Fi, and a television; one bedroom (queen-size bed), a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet; a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer; and an office/children's bedroom with a cot. The comfortable staircase leads to two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds) and a children's bedroom (with three single beds); and a shower room with a shower and toilet. This is a detached cottage; the owners live next door. The property includes 2 hectares of shared grounds. Heating €5/day, flat rate applicable from October to the end of April, supplementary wood-burning stove, firewood provided (within reason). For summer, electronic air coolers are available in the bedrooms. Relax in the sun loungers and admire the surrounding nature. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. For your comfort, bed linen, household linen, and towels are provided. A ping-pong table is available.
