A few km from St Clar, Fleurance and Lectoure, the Burguères cottage is located in the heart of the Lomagne Gersoise sometimes called the golden triangle of French Tuscany.
Located in a farm of the 18th century this cottage has been completely renovated and thought to make a quiet and serene place. At the raw harshness of stone and oak we married the softness of plaster and lime with forgotten hues and the modernity of polished concrete and pebbles.
The simplicity and kindness of the Gascon welcome will do the rest and allow everyone to find a certain sweetness of life.
We will be happy to help you discover this beautiful region so that you can organize your holidays according to your desires: idleness at the lake, tours full of history, enjoy the many festivals and events organized throughout the year. year, discover and taste Gers products by flaning on the markets or in gourmet evenings.
Finally, if you want to welcome passing friends, it is possible to have an extra room.

Paix, calme, dans un lieu bien situé

Nous avons passé une belle semaine dans cette propriété arborée et bien entretenue. La région vallonnée, égayée par les vastes cultures de tournesols,,nous a rappelé les paysages de Toscane.. Le petit village de Saint Clar est typique et renferme de petits trésors; Nous avons apprécié le sens de l'accueil de Bruno Chancholle et les conversations spontanées partagées avec lui. Les enfants ont profité joyeusement de la propriété et ont apprécié les visites culturelles accessibles aux alentours, jusqu'à la découverte de Toulouse et de son musée de l'Espace . A conseiller!

Très bon séjour dans le Gers

Très belle maison très bien restaurée par Bruno, le propriétaire. Un accueil chaleureux plein de petites attentions. La maison est très calme et bien située pour découvrir le Gers. Tranquil rural haven in Gers

This property and its grounds really are as attractive as shown in the photographs . The owner Bruno has done a first class job at restoring the rural charm of his traditional stone house. Although he lives next door, we had total privacy, except for the times he brought round much welcome vegetables and herbs from his garden. Nothing was too much trouble. The location overall is so tranquil it’s easy to de-stress almost immediately - we felt we’d never slept better. There’s plenty to see and do in the neighbouring towns and villages, especially if you like browsing markets, taking a coffee etc. The nearest supermarket is c. five minutes drive away and has all you need. Or you can simply enjoy the grounds, read a book, or swim in the lake below. A thoroughly enjoyable week and a highly recommended gite.

Wow....just wow

The gite exceeded our expectations and Bruno was an amazing host/neighbour who made sure our stay was everything we wanted. The property is lovely and was really cool during a very hot August. The gardens offered cool shade and a plenty full supply of fresh fruit. And then there was the lake which was just gorgeous. Just so good in so many ways....we will back 😊

Perfectly quiet rural retreat

Beautiful, calm, rural setting. Large garden which was wonderful for our grandchildren aged 4 and 18 months who had the freedom to roam safely but adventurously. Our host was friendly, helpful and interesting and the conversion he has painstakingly done to this property was wonderful in its simplicity. The local village of St Clar, had all you could need and we didn’t feel a need to venture further afield at all. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here.

Un hâvre de paix

Les murs de pierre abritent un intérieur spacieux alliant confort et cachet. Quant à l'extérieur, il offre une vaste étendue appelant au repos, que ce soit à l'ombre du grand tilleul qui accueille les repas, ou près de l'étang. Ici, pas d'autre bruit pour vous réveiller que le chant des oiseaux. Et un grand merci à Bruno, le propriétaire, qui nous fait découvrir de très belles choses ! Une pause qui nous ressource et nous remplit d'énergie !

Un séjour chez Bruno Chancholles...

Un lieu paisible dans un cadre magnifique! Bruno accueille ses locataires avec prévenance et une belle générosité. La proximité de Saint Clar est aussi utile qu'agréable. Pour qui souhaite se ressourcer et se réenchanter, l'endroit est parfait!

La propriété est bien entretenue. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Un acceuil super par Bruno. Toujours prête a nous aider. La location entre tous les petits villages (Fleurance, St.-Clar, Lectour, Mauvezin, ...) est bien pour de nombreuses excursions. Faire des marchées, aller manger, plein de soirée gourmande...nous aimons bien cela. La maison est située dans un endroit calme et agréable. C’est bien localiser pour trouver la tranquilliter. Nous pouvons recommander cette gîtes!

Un gite très bien restauré et très fonctionnel, permettant de rayonner facilement dans cette très belle région du Gers. L’accueil et la gentillesse de Bruno, le propriétaire, ont beaucoup fait également pour la réussite de ce séjour. Charme et accueil au top

Nous avons passé 3 jours aux vacances de Noël dans le gîte de Bruno, une maison magnifiquement restaurée dans la campagne gersoise. Confort, calme et charme sont au rdv. Bruno est très attentif à la satisfaction de ses locataires, apportant ses conseils mais aussi de très bons produits locaux dont il nous a régalés. A signaler que l'électricité est en suis ce qui peut ne pas être négligeable pendant l'hiver.Le bois est en revanche offert ce qui est très appréciable pour profiter de la belle cheminée.
