Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value.

Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire, bien équipé, un petit peu frais durant l’automne mais fait très bien le job pour un court séjour, lit très confortable.

Un peu désuet même si on sent que le propriétaire fait tout son possible perso nous avions pendant plusieurs années pour 80 e un appartement neuf avec parking fermé en sous sol certes les draps n'étaient pas fournis mais quand même sympa ne pas se balader nu cause vis a vis lol

Petit appartement lumineux et sympa, à moins de 10mn de la gare, situé le long d'une route passante mais fenêtre fermée on n'entend rien ou presque.Le lit est positionné devant une porte en bois sur la cage d'escaliers qui résonne, même avec precautions.Prévoir les boules Quies si on est lève-tard ou avec un sommeil léger.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Saint Malo

Es war alles wie beschrieben. Zum Übernachten zu zweit braucht es nicht mehr. Parkplatz haben wir immer direkt vor der Tür gefunden. Es waren sogar noch Kleinigkeiten für das Frühstück bereitgestellt.

Gute Ferienwohnung für zwei

Nah am Bahnhof, aber an lauter Autostraße gelegen. Ausstattung gut, Kontakt zum Vermieter freundlich. Bad etwas ungewöhnlich, wenig Platz. Insgesamt entspannter Aufenthalt für eine Woche! :)

Bon séjour à St Malo dans ce petit studio propre et accueillant. Le propriétaire est disponible et à l'écoute. Un peu éloignée du centre, mais cela se fait facilement à pieds ou en bus.

Appartement très pratique pour un court séjour

Appartement propre et correctement équipé. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Accueil très agréable avec tout le nécessaire pour se faire un petit déjeuner, voire même un petit repas ! Lit fait à l’arrivée, linge de maison fourni. Arrivée et départ souples grâce à une boîte à clés codée. Propriétaire joignable facilement en cas de souci : il est prêt à se déplacer très rapidement si nécessaire ! Accès rapide au cœur de ville.

Un appartement accessible facilement de la gare . Intra muros et st Servan accessible à pied ou en bus ligne 1,× et mele 5 pour aller jusqu'à Cancale. Des hôtes qui vous bichonne avec de quoi vous délecter. Attention vous voudrez y passer lkys qu un wk Tres fonctionnel lumineux propre !

Superbe séjour à Saint-Malo, mignon petit appartement, avec pas mal de choses alentours. N'ayant pas la voiture durant ce séjour, nous avons pris le bus qui se trouver à deux pas de la locations et ce fût parfais ! Je recommande fortement.

parfait pour voyageurs

Petit appartement dans maison de ville, bien retapé (l'appartement). Suffisamment confortable et équipé pour un séjour court et un couple. A quelques coup de pédales de l'intra muros. Mais pas que ça à St Malo. St SERVAN est à découvrir. A quelques coups de pédales aussi. Nous sommes très satisfaits.

Nous avons pu être tranquille dans cette location, très propre et bien agencée. La location est située à 30 min à pieds des remparts avec places gratuites en face de la porte d'entrée, très pratique!

Un bon séjour

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Cuisine équipée et prête a servir bien que la hotte doit être nettoyée. Logement a 30 min a pied de l'intra muros de Saint malo avec des commerce sur la route.
