Le Bel-Air - proche plage des Corbières - St Malo
Come and enjoy the sea air! Le Bel-Air is a flat completely renovated in 2020, ideally located 700 metres from the Corbières beach in St Servan, close to all amenities. This pretty flat sleeps four people and comprises a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and WC. Bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

- South-facing living room with sofa bed, coffee table, TV. Dining table for four
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, microwave, hob, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom with double bed 140 x 190 cm, large dressing room
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, washing machine, storage space and WC.
Nearby area:
- St Servan is an authentic and dynamic district, with its large shopping street and its various shops...
- The St Servan market, very popular with local residents, is just 5 minutes' walk away and takes place every Tuesday and Friday.
- Numerous bars and restaurants, as well as a short-lived bar in summer...
- Intramuros is a 10-minute bike ride away.
What to do :
- Numerous visits within 10 minutes' walk of the flat: Bel-Air park, Tour Solidor, the port of Bas Sablons and the town of Alet are all must-sees!
- Hiking
- Water sports: Solidor beach, Corbières beach, Bas Sablons beach
- Restaurants, bars, theatre
Public transport :
- Bus opposite the flat
- Taxi service
- St Malo train station less than 15 minutes away by bus: line 1, Roulais stop next to the building
