「We were surprised to find we were staying in a Seniors' complex, not stated on the website. The apartment was absolutely new, modern, clean, spacious, bright, and quiet. The bed was comfortable, as was the sofa. The contact with desk staff was brief and professional. The position was perfect for our purposes, close to the Bois de Vincennes for lovely walks, but also with easy metro access to central Paris.
However, the apartment was not the one in the photos. It looked out on the street, had no...

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」
