"This property exceeded expectations. While it's not the Ritz Carlton, it may as well be with the service that is extended to every guest. Kind, courteous, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help. The food options are not great at the resort (they don't offer dinner and the breakfast is very, very limited) but that is easily remedied by going through the convenient gate right to the attached plaza which has 10 restaurants, a great gelato place, pizza place, grocery store and so...

"I did not like when we cheked IN WAS TOLD FLAMINGO HOTEL DID NOT RECEIVED CONF FROM EXPEDIA WHICH WAS NOT TRUE BECAUSE I SHOWED THE E MAIL CONFIRMATION THEY GAVE US A ROOM FOR 3 DAYS IT WAS A BAD START OF VACATION AFTER WE MOVED TO THE ROOM WE PAID WITH SPECIAL ACCOMODATION WE PAID FOR, "
