The fully equipped, functional kitchen opens onto the dining room, complete with a fireplace. Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space and storage. Two bedrooms have a 140x190 bed. The third bedroom, with bunk beds and a desk, is ideal for children. These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and double sink.

Garden and Pool of My Holiday Home in BrittanyYou’ll be enchanted by the beautiful enclosed and wooded garden, offering a delightful space for relaxation and well-being. After a day of exploring, unwind in the 11x4 meter pool (open and heated from May 1 to September 30). A garden lounge is set up around the pool for enjoying summer evenings. On the north-facing terrace, a large table awaits you for family or friends' meals. The villa also boasts a south-facing terrace, perfect for morning coffee.

Note:

• Villa Kastelluce is located in a small hamlet just two kilometers from shops (Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes), and the nearest beaches are about eight kilometers away.
• Bed linen is included in the price for stays of five nights or more. For stays of four nights or less, it is optional at 20 € per person. The linen kit includes bed linen plus one large and one small towel per person.
• The villa is suitable for a maximum of six adults plus two children.
• As Villa Kastelluce is semi-detached, guests are requested to respect the neighbors after 11 PM.
• The pool is open and heated from May 1 to September 30.
