「总体感觉很满意」

「Room smelt like sewage and continued to get worse with time. (Stayed two nights) We alerted the front desk multiple times. They offered air freshener spray. They stated there ‘is nothing they can do for us unless we’d like to share a room with another guest’. This was more than disgusting and the rude staff did nothing to investigate the situation or offer another room. Pool under maintenance/not usable. Booked this stay over others to have this amenity. Will not stay again.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. We chose this property because it was the only traditional hotel within walking distance of an event we were attending (Franklin Blues and BBQ Festival) so the rates were probably higher than normal. Our biggest complaint was the free hot breakfast. All 3 mornings were the same. Tasteless sausage patties and scrambled eggs. A handful of high carb offerings. Weak coffee and rock hard butter. The problem with Franklin is there are no restaurants "downtown"...

「The view of the Allegany River is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean. The decor makes it feel like home rather than a hotel room. The "take and go" breakfast has a very limited selection. However, the room and the other amenities by far outweigh the limited breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!」

「When I pulled up, the property looked deserted. Called to summon desk to check me in. He was very polite. The top safety latch was missing on my door, which being in the hotel all by myself was a little unnerving. Literally, I was alone with no hotel workers. There was no breakfast set up. I will say that everything looked very clean. Almost looked like they were working to fix up. Paid more then I would have expected for what I got. 」

「We booked this hotel through Expedia 3 weeks in advance for wedding for 2 nights. 5 minutes before our check in time, the hotel cancelled and refunded our reservation. When I called they stated that they couldn't agree on a price with Expedia and the hotel so the just cancelled the room and wanted more money for the 2 night stay. This is the only hotel in the area so I feel like they were just trying to get more money of myself and Expedia on short notice. We did NOT end up staying there for the...
