Step outside to the garden or terrace directly from the living area. One of the rooms offers two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a bath/WC, and a double hand-basin. The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the same floor. Upstairs, you'll find three rooms, each with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), providing ample sleeping space. Another room features a triple bunk bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), a hand-basin, and a shower. Additionally, there is a large room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm) and a hand-basin, as well as a small office with a sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and a separate WC. A shower and double hand-basin are also available on this level. The villa boasts natural stone floors throughout, adding a touch of elegance and character.
