"The chalet was great, in a great location close to all amenities and the Diable lift. However, I would not recommend for 10 adults due to the beds in one of the rooms. There were 4 “beds” in one room which is advertised but in a very tiny room and not comfortable for 4 adults. All other rooms were great. We were told on the day we arrived that there was limited hot water which was not the best news with 10 adults skiing and showering. Overall we had a great time in the Chalet and check in...

"shame it hasn't got Wi-Fi, which we didn't appreciate until arrival. it is also up 4 flights of stairs! key collection was not the easiest as a fair level of French speaking was needed. good location for us, albeit parking was challenging. the code to the ski lockers was incorrect and we only got 1 key for it. other people happily shared the code though so not that secure."

"Such a beautiful chalet, incredible views, everything has been thought of for 3 generations and our dog. Boot room should be shown in the listing as it was incredible in itself. Who knew we needed a cinema room a sauna and a pool table? All were used. Great communication, lovely checkin and out. Absolutely perfect."

"We had an amazing time at the chalet. We just spent there a week and that was the most magical Christmas ever. "Excellent service from the lady at reception, she couldn't have been more helpful. Its a budget hotel, so my expectations were not high and proved correct. Quite tired rooms, but very clean, no issues with that. Room was dark and shutters didn't open, perhaps to cut down the noise from the railway at the back. No dining or bar facilities; they do offer breakfast but I had to check-out early, so didnt try it."
