“I booked for six (4 adults and 2 children), when we arrived they only had accommodation for 4 (1 double bed and 2 singles) however the booking by Expedia confirmed 2 double beds and 2 single beds and accepted the booking for six occupants. They found 2 camp beds for my children which meant we had to squeeze 4 into one small room. Also we informed them we would arrive at 7 as recommended in the terms and conditions, however when we did arrive we had to wait outside for over half an hour to be……

“Séjour absolument parfait, la maîtresse de maison est très accueillante, elle parle très bien français. Tout est très propre, la maison est dans un état irréprochable. La vue est fantastique, aussi bien depuis la véranda de la chambre que depuis la salle a manger. Et le petit déjeuner est divin, beaucoup de produits frais et sains cuisinés maison. Nous y reviendrons a coup sûr !”

“This is a nice 3 stars hotel, clean and with all basic facilities in room, a bit old. The staff was very nice and helpful. I am apreciated the free coffee and tea are provided all day long, perfect for a retreat after skiing. Good location that close to pila ski and big supermarket just next to the hotel”

“As a family of 4, we stayed in the apartment which was ideal, as the kitchen, lounte and fire made for sociable evenings after finishing on the slopes. All staff were awesone and couldn't do enough for us. Very convenient for the main gondola, 5 mins walk, bus into Chamonix centre 3min walk. Highly recommend”
