Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 800 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Port Fréjus Est" 600 m, railway station "Saint- Raphaël Valescure" 5 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Sports harbour 50 m, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Cannes 40 km, Saint-Tropez 40 km, Nice 70 km, Gorges du Verdon 90 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte-Croix 90 km. Hiking paths: Estérel 7 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port Fréjus, 2 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

zentrale Lage - schöne Wohnung

Wohnung in gutem Zustand und sauber, sodass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Zentral gelegen kann man zu Fuss in 30 Minuten alles geradeaus ans Meer laufen, ist dort wo das Leben pulsiert und hat viele Restaurants und schöne Strände zur Auswahl. 10 Minuten zu Fuss weg vom Meer, auf die andere Seite gelaufen, kommt man in die Altstadt von Fréjus und kann ebenfalls das schöne Leben geniessen. Mit dem Auto ist man zentral gelegen und somit komplett gut angeschlossen egal was man vor hat.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und guter Lage.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem sehr gutem Ausblick. In der Wohnung ist alles vorahnden, außer ein Backofen hat uns leider gefehlt. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein großer Tiefgaragenstellplatz mit Tor, also verschließbar. In der nähe zu fuß erreichbar ist Einkausfmöglichkeit vorhanden, wie zum Beispiel Einkaufscenter Auchan. Ein großer Park ist auch zu fuß erreichbar, mit vielen sportlichen Möglichkeiten. Das Meer ist auch schön zu fuß erreichbar.

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung übertrifft die Erwartungen aus der Beschreibung. Sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, ruhiges Haus. Dafür etwas weiter vom Strand entfernt. Abwicklung über die Agentur vorbildlich.
