The living area features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a comfortable sleeping solution within the main space. A dedicated sleeping alcove houses 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering a practical and well-defined rest area for younger guests. It is important to note that, instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping areas are distributed across open-plan spaces, including the alcove arrangement described above. The studio counts 1 bathroom, equipped with a bath and WC. Direct access from the living area leads to a private terrace of 9 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering beautiful views of the sea, the swimming pool, and the golf course.
