Incredible view, great location

This condo is comfortable and very safe All the appliances worked well They stocked extras in the kitchen: starter coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar The furniture was comfortable inside and out They had plenty of plug-ins, which is rare. Trash shoot in on your floor There was a sailing race that we could watch from the balcony, nice! There are 2 nice beach chairs. No beach towels. There is little space to unload your clothes in the 2nd bedroom. The antiques are locked. Other bedroom had a closet and dresser and table Pillows and beds are comfy. You can hear the waves crashing at night. Bathroom is big, shower worked great and then there’s a 2nd toilet/ sink in the dryer room Grocery stores, wines stores and tons of places to eat all within 2-10 minute walk Huge beach right in front of the condo… wish it would of been warmer, we’d of grabbed the chairs and hung out by the water! We had a car. Garage was easy to use. We’d stay here again.

Wow! What a view!!!

The view is worth a million bucks! The apartment is older and could use a deep clean, but we didn’t care. The view and location was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and plenty of seating in living room. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Séjour parfait sur la Côte d’Azur

Appartement de rêve avec vue superbe sur la mer à 270 degrés. L’appartement est spacieux ,très lumineux et le décor allie charme et modernité. Nous avons pu cuisiné et nous avons profité de la terrasse pour tous nos repas. L’emplacement était idéal pour visiter la Côte d’Azur pour la première fois. Nous nous sommes déplacés en train, la gare est très facile d’accès. Nous avons visité Menton, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Monaco et Monte Carlo,sans oublier Saint-Raphael el sa vieille ville , Grasse et les Gorges du Verdon . Bref un séjour mémorable et un appartement magnifique que je n’hésite pas à recommander. ville , Grasse et les Gorges du Verdon.

On ne s’en lasse pas

On ne se lasse pas de la vue dès le réveil et du petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la mer: le meilleur moment de la journée. Proche de tous commerces à pied, de la plage… un appartement très agréable à vivre. Un petit tri et de modernité dans les ustensiles de cuisine serait appréciable mais c’est un détail.

On ne se lasse pas de cette vue panoramique la mer. Appartement très agréable à vivre. Un peu bruyant la nuit mais c’est le prix à payer pour cet emplacement de choix.

Bien placé, très belle vue !!!

Appartement spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, literie correcte, on se sent bien. Au vue de son emplacement, on participe à toutes les animations du bord de mer et aux vols des oiseaux !!! Deux remarques : il serait bon d'élaguer les souvenirs personnels ( meubles anciens et bibelots) qui prennent un peu trop de place. Pour le garage box, il serait nécessaire de supprimer l'armoire pour permettre une utilisation plus aisée du parking. Sinon, nous avons passé une très belle semaine ....

Bijou à Saint Raphael

Cet appart est une merveille! Spacieux, bien meublé, localisation idéale à Saint Raphael, et une vue spectaculaire sur la baie. Le garage en sous sol est un grand atout (même en hiver). Nous y avons passé un mois très agréable.

Nous avions choisi la localisation entre St-Tropez et Monaco pour faire découvrir la Côte d'azur à ma belle-fille anglaise. Nous avons apprécié les petits déjeuners face à la mer avec tout l'équipement dans la cuisine et les soupers sur le balcon. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les matelas confortables. Vue superbe

Appartement confortable, lumineux, et bien équipé, idéalement situé sur la mer et près du centre-ville un peu bruyant la nuit mais c’est la contrepartie de ce très bel emplacement. Vue superbe de la terrasse. Le seul petit bémol s’il en faut un c’est que la déco pourrait être un peu modernisée et désencombrée mais pas de quoi gâcher le plaisir de ce séjour.

…..Mais parce que nous avons subi les foudres des travaux de rénovation dans un appartement voisin et cela depuis 8h30 jusqu’à 16h, 3 jours durant. Dommage que l on n ai pas été averti. L’appartement était propre mais il ne fallait pas regarder dans le détail ni sous les lits ..Le concierge est disponible ayant même acheté une cafetière car il n y en avait pas ..Bref l appartement est confortable, son emplacement est central , sa vue époustouflante , mais le rapport qualité prix n’était pas au rendez-vous au vu du désagrément subi..

Splendide !!!

L'appartement est splendide avec une vue magnifique ! Tout ce dont vous avez besoin se trouve là et en parfait état. L'emplacement est bien sûr unique, juste en face de la mer / de la plage et avec d'excellents restaurants à proximité. Il y a une boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, ce qui est très agréable. Le garage dans l'immeuble est très pratique. Le marché de nuit est juste sur la promenade entre la maison et la mer. La climatisation est également très agréable et permet parfois de contrer le bruit des activités nocturnes des adolescents sur la plage. Je ne peux que recommander chaleureusement cet appartement :)
