Bonjour, suite a notre séjour dans votre logement, plusieurs point très négatif ont été constatés, comme pas de box wi-fi, donc pas de télé alors que celui-ci est bien mentionné dans l'annonce, piscine et cuisine sale, sécurité inexistante comme la baie vitrée qui se fermée pas, portail, idem que le volet roulant dans séjour, plaque de cuisson cassé, a même les fils apparent, manque clés sur la porte du vide sanitaire, a coté des toilettes, ayant des enfants, ceux ci est très très dangereux. Ménage et finition a revoir ( poignées reste dans les mains, fuite sur les parois de douche, écoulement bouché, dommage pour une maison récente. De plus manque pas mal de fournitures comme passoir, saladier, tir bouchon, bol, parasol, etc... Après avoir contacté la gestionnaire, celle-ci nous a portée un étendage, et un balai. La venue du piscine s'est faites le Jeudi pour un départ le Vendredi, donc inutile.Dans l'attente de votre retour, je souhaite un remboursement partiel, le prix affiché est loin d'être justifié. étant du métier et d'avoir également des logements en location, celle-ci n'est pas recommandable, et inacceptable. Merci pour nos vacances!

Our stay did not get of to a good start. No information was provided upon arrival about the house, how things work, or practical details. We had to figure out everything by over self. The house was dirty when we arrived. We contacted the owner, and it was cleaned that same day.Poorly equipped kitchen – missing essentials like corkscrew, large cooking knives, and electric kettle etc Everything had to be washed before use.Cracked stovetop with visible electrical wiring underneath this felt unsafe.The outdoor area was littered with cigarette butts – it looked like it had been used as an ashtray.Air conditioning didn’t work properly in the downstairs bedroom.Veranda door couldn’t be locked – we were unable to secure it.No towels provided, even though they were supposed to be included. We had to pay 8 for used towels, which were dirty, had holes, and were clearly old.No washing machine or dishwasher – this should be standard in a property of this price and location.There were NO Wi-Fi or TV as advertised.
