Detached house near the owners' home, located in the town of Saint Révérend, 8km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
The house comprises a living/dining/kitchen area, a bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with a private bathroom and toilet, a second bedroom (1 queen-size bed), an adjoining bathroom and toilet, a third bedroom (2 single bunk beds, 1 baby bed), a bicycle garage (bicycles and washing machine available). Wi-Fi is available.
The property includes a parking space in front of the garage and a 500m² plot of land with a terrace (garden furniture and barbecue). The accommodation is located on the owner's plot, benefiting from an open exposure with a view of the surrounding area.
Electric heating included. Sheets and towels provided. Optional: Cleaning fee: €70/stay; mandatory cleaning fee for professionals: €100/stay.
Additional: Tourist tax. The accommodation was built to meet PRM standards.
