"The room was expected- for the money paid - so no complaints there
Staff we dealt with were attentive and informative
However within 2 hours of being a the hotel ( we were parked directly outside the front of the hotel )
Our van was broken into 90% of our luggage and personal items taken ( ruining the 2nd week of our touring break ) - and rendering the van unusable due to two windows being smashed (no way of securing the van overnight etc)
Hotel acknowledged difficulties in the area and...

"Bon sejour dans cette residence confortable et bien placée par rapport au centre ville. Je regrette toutefois que les linges de maison (draps, serviettes) ne soient pas fournis et surtout que cette information ne soit pas plus visible sur le site hotels.com. cela m’a occasionné un surcout qui aurait pu etre évité."
