Superb property with heated pool and breathtaking views!

Perched on the heights of Saint Saturnin Les Apt, a village of the Xth century, is our villa "Les Moulins". It overlooks the village which makes it its main asset: the panoramic view! Just a three minute walk you can go down to the village and you will find shops to satisfy all your basic needs. It is a spacious two storey villa for up to 10 people. Description of the house: A large living room of 60m ² with a kitchen of 20m ² fully equipped with all comforts such as a gas cooker "Lacanche", a microwave, a small electric oven and many appliances and kitchen utensils.
Two large air-conditioned bedrooms with double bed. Direct access to the bathrooms including shower, bath and sink. Separate toilet in each bedroom.
On the second floor: two air-conditioned rooms with a total of 4 single beds. Direct access to 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower and sink) and 1 toilet. 3 children's beds are also available.
Large swimming pool (12m x 5m) heated (new solar panels 2015) with a maximum depth of 2 meters. Also ideal for children as there is a shallow swimming area. A motorized blanket and lights that make it ideal for a late night swim. Pool-house next to the pool, which has its own bathroom shower, sink and refrigerator; ideal for a lazy day by the pool. Since the pool is heated by solar panels, the period of use will begin from 15/05 until 30/09.

Lovely location

Loved the house, the set up with the pool, bbq and great outdoor seating with views over the valley. Also a very easy walk down in the nearest town for a drink or croissant. Really lovely stay.

Superb property in a beautiful location, with stunning views of the Luberon region.The house is extremely well appointed, with all the faciilties two families of four could want. Special mention for the swimming pool, which even in late May (with its heated option) is very usable and pleasant. House was spotless when we arrived, everything we used worked very well (I counted five different ways to make coffee!). Even a knife sharpener is available, in my experience a rare benefit!We'll certainly consider this property again when next we visit the area, many thanks to Geoffroy and Jean-Marie for facilitating such a lovely holiday

Maison très bien équipée dans laquelle on sent qu'il y a de la vie. Localisation sympa aux abords d'un petit village tranquille mais où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. Nombreuses possibilités de visites et activités dans la région. Seule petite remarque: pour ceux qui s'attendraient à trouver une salle de fitness, je ne pense pas que le qualificatif soit adéquat!

Magnifique propriété en vieilles pierres. 4 grandes chambres avec salles de bain privées. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Immense cuisine avec cuisinière à gaz 6 feux. La piscine avec dépendance WC/douche/cuisine n'est pas en fonction avant le mois de mai. La vue est dégagée. La boulangerie et les commerces sont à moins de 10min. à pieds au centre du village. Endroit idéal pour visiter le Lubéron et ses petits villages typiques en voiture ou à vélo !

Great house - great environment

La maison est très agréable, très spacieuse, avec des pièces à vivre aérées et variées. Piscine et extérieur très agréables. Cuisine très bien équipée, beaucoup de vaisselle. Bémol sur le congélateur qui est trop loin de la cuisine (glaçons !). Régisseur et équipe vraiment aux petits soins. Wifi fonctionne dans toutes les pièces. Environnement calme et accès au village à pieds très agréable. Belles balades à pieds au départ de la maison. Vraiment un très bon séjour de 3 semaines.

Lovely villa with views, amazing pool

This is one of the nicest villas we have rented. Host was really helpful with advice and tips beforehand. Well situated in lovely village. Handy to all the market towns of the Luberon. Views from the roof terrace are amazing. See the whole valley. We spent alot of time in the pool because it was a hot week. So the aircon in bedrooms was a blessing to cool the rooms down for sleeping. The house is really comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. The extra full sized fridge was essential for chilled drinks and freezer. This house would work really well for 8 people, plenty of room. We enjoyed our visit very much. would highly recommend.

Belle maison avec une superbe piscine

La maison est grande, dispose d'un jardin d'hiver pratique et d'une très belle piscine à débordement, ainsi que d'un coin salon confortable, également très beau. La vue est magnifique depuis certains points, en particulier depuis le balcon. Les chambres et salles de bains du bas sont très grandes et agréables. Toutes les chambres sont climatisées, ce qui est très agréable en cas de chaleur ! Les environs immédiats de la maison sont très verts et agréables. Le village est à 10 minutes à pied, il y a deux boulangeries, un petit supermarché avec l'essentiel et une boucherie - super ! Les salles de bain à l'étage sont trop petites, tout comme l'une des chambres. Le réfrigérateur dans la cuisine est beaucoup trop petit. La route qui passe juste à côté de la maison peut être très agaçante et dérangeante selon l'heure et le jour de la semaine, quand il y a beaucoup de circulation. Il manquait un barbecue à gaz ou au moins un barbecue de table. Pas de parasols près de la piscine. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans la villa "Les Moulins" !

We had a fantastic 2-week holiday in Saint Saturnin Les Apt

We had such a fantastic holiday. The house is a short walk down to the village where there is everything you could need (2 bakers, butcher, spar, pharmacy and a handful of restaurants). There are a few larger supermarkets in Apt, a 10 minute drive away and this was the perfect base for exploring the region. The house itself was very well equipped, clean and tidy. We would stay there again and would recommend.

A great villa, excellently equipped, in a very convenient location on the edge of the village.

We really enjoyed our stay at Les Moulins. A perfect place to stay away from, but still close to, the more touristy places in the Luberon. The house is spacious and very comfortable, and we made plenty of use of the outside eating area. The gardens were in full bloom when we were there. And everything worked just fine.
