Perfect place for a relaxing week in the heart of the Marais Vendéen, with its canals, salt marshes, and typical wildlife. Close to the beaches of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie (20 minutes by car), the Pays de Monts (10 minutes), Noirmoutier, and the Passage du Gois.

Typical Vendée house, like a renovated farmhouse. Very quiet, well set back from the road. A kitchen with basic equipment (Oven, Dishwasher, Stove, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Maker…) but sufficient!!! A master bedroom with direct access to the bathroom.

A mezzanine bedroom upstairs (with access via a steep staircase, limited ceiling height - okay for children) with two single beds or one double bed, as well as a hammock and extra mattresses.

A 70m² living room with a barbecue and a large family table, opening onto a large bay window.

Large 3500m² garden with a pond (often dried up in summer :-( ), completely fenced.

!!!For families with children, do not leave children alone around the pond, as even though it is shallow (max 1.5m) the risk is always present - a waiver will need to be signed upon entry to the accommodation!!!

Large living room, bathed in light in the late afternoon with an indoor barbecue.
