This villa is proposed by Antilles Exception. Located in the town of Sainte Anne, surrounded by nature, it enjoys a very quiet and green environment.



A convinient store is at about 2 km and the center of the town of Le Marin with shops, restaurants and marina is at about 7 km. The beautiful beach of Anse Michel, with lagoon and coconut trees, is 5-7 minutes drive and many other beautiful beaches of southern Martinique are at less than 15 minutes drive.



The villa

Surrounded by a large garden, the brightly colored villa proposed by Antilles Exception accommodates 4 rooms:



-1 air-conditioned(*) bedroom with queen size bed (160X200) and private shower room

-1 air-conditioned(*) bedroom with double bed

-1 air-conditioned(*) room furnished with 2 single beds

-1 second shower room

-1 living room with sofas and television

-1 well equipped kitchen



(*) Air-condition is avaialble only from 7 PM to 8 AM and from 2 to 4 PM



You will appreciate the shaded terrace furnished with an outdoor lounge and a dining area. It faces the garden and the large swimming pool with pool chairs.
