Parfait

La maison est très belle, très bien équipée, accueillante, parfaite pour famille nombreuse ou groupe car chacun peut trouver son intimité, bonne situation proche mer et bourg Unique petit bémol la personne qui nous a remis les clefs, dénote avec la sympathie des Locaux. Sinon vous pouvez réserver sans conteste, nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Très belle villa, spacieuse, bien situé géographiquement avec un agencement optimal, toutes les chambres ont leur salle de bain ce qui apporte un confort supplémentaire.

AURAIT PU ETRE BIEN...

Globalement, maison ancienne avec architecture originale (cours intérieure) mais quelques couacs viennent noircir le tableau... 1/ La piscine...au premier abord avait l'ai top, mais après les premiers bains, très vite sont apparues plaques et boutons d'allergie sur le corps ,surtout les enfants! Pour cause évidente :trop de chlore! a l'odeur et les yeux qui brûlent,c'était évident!..sans doute soucis de propreté au dernier moment de la part des concierges,mais faut il encore le reconnaître..? Apres annonce aux propriétaires,les concierges ont eu beau faire tester et nous dire qu'il n'y avait rien, mais le problème demeurait...les yeux rouges qui piquent, brûlures et plaques sur le corps des enfants et même des amis de passage..Les propriétaires(hors département...) ne voulant pas y croire et attestant que l'eau est bonne...pas même un geste commercial..à ce prix la ,on est en droit d'exiger le tip top ! Mais rien a faire, carrément a nous dire que ce n'est pas vrai et sans doute des...moustiques! (LOL) Vivant ici, nous connaissons très bien nos moustiques et leurs conséquences..surement pas des brûlures et lésions comme celles qu'avaient les pauvres petits..(photos à l'appui et confirmation médicale) C'est vraiment dommage car la piscine était critère principal de sélection de villa pour les enfants..d'ou cette déception, même s'ils essayaient quand même d'y aller emportés par l'euphorie, mais au bout de 20 min tous en pleurs et le corps irrité de partout.. :-( 2/ Sliding d'entrée hyper bruyant et compliqué a fermer ou ouvrir...aurait pu être changé pour la location! fermer le sliding a 22h revient a réveiller le quartier tellement ancien et coince lors de fermeture..et ouverture 3/ cours interieure a protéger pour enfant en bas age..dangereux et risque de chute 4/ cendriers non vidés ( mais excusable, car location réalisée dans l’empressement) Maison demeure sympathique a vivre, dommage pour la piscine surtout, et le refus catégorique des propriétaires d'admettre ,tests ou pas, surtout n'étant sur place...Le client demeure roi..
