Apartment with 1 bedroom cabin for up to 4 people, ideally located in downtown Sainte-Maxime. It has beautiful services as well as an underground garage. Ideal for doing everything on foot.

Accommodation without classification or awaiting classification*

- Air-conditioned living room with sofa bed (140cm), dining area with table and chairs, television, access to the terrace
- Cabin room with double bed 140cm
- Kitchenette with hob 2 burners, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and towel dryer
- Separate toilets

- Terrace of 16 sq.m facing southwest with dining furniture
- Private underground garage (maximum height 185cm)

If you wish to arrive out of these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.

- Security deposit: 700€ by credit card only
- *Tourist tax: 7.2% of the total amount (excluding VAT) of the rental (up to 6.05€ per night and per person over 18 years).
