The grounds of around 1.400 m2 are completely enclosed. All the garden areas are very well maintained and planted with a variety of Mediterranean vegetation.
In front of the main living room is a spacious terrace with magnificent views and high-quality outdoor furniture, including an attractive garden lounge, a dining table for 10 persons with a large gas barbecue, outdoor shower and plenty of sun loungers.
The main feature of the outdoor areas is of course the magnificent 13 x 5 m infinity pool (depth up to 1.80 cm - salt electrolysis technique - heatable 250 Euro p. week).
Other attractive features include an attractive ethanol fireplace next to the pool, a small private putting green and a bowling green on a lower level in front of the pool.
