Mazet holiday for 4 people, ideal for a family stay in a relaxing and bohemian setting. Located in a residence with swimming pool on the heights of Sainte-Maxime, this accommodation has something to delight its occupants with its charm and tranquility.

Accommodation classified 2* by the Tourist Office*

On the ground floor:
- Living room with sofa bed (extra bed 120cm), dining table with chairs, outside access
- Open kitchen with fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, 2-burner hob, miscellaneous dishes and utensils

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 - air conditionned - with 140cm double bed and closet, fan
- Bedroom 2 - air conditionned - with 2x90cm bunk beds and closet
- Bathroom with bath, vanity and toilet

Exteriors:
- Beautiful terrace of 30 sq.m shaded and furnished with dining furniture (covered part and with awning), deckchairs and umbrella, plancha
- Collective pool in the residence, closed from October to May
- Private outdoor garage in the residence secured by an electric gate

Miscellaneous:
- Swimming pool in the residence, closed from October to May
- Air conditionning in bedrooms only

If you wish to arrive outside these hours, it is imperative to inquire before booking.

Ferien an der Cote d‘Azur

Das Objekt ist ohne Auto nicht erreichbar. Es wird grösser dargestellt, als es ist: Sehr kleine Räume. Kein Komfort. Eisschrank und Licht im Garten defekt. Der Pool ist wunderbar schön gross und sauber. Steht für das ganze Quartier zur Verfügung. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, nachts. Tagsüber sind die Nachbarskinder, die hier wohnen, ziehmlich lautstark am Spielen. Wir haben uns aber trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt und finden den Ferienort und die Strände sehr ansprechend.
