In unserem Fall konnten wir aber die Terrasse nicht nutzen, da direkt nebenan das Haus renoviert wurde und so Lärm und Staub den Aufenthalt dort unmöglich machte. Wir versuchten das mit der franz. Agentur (book&pay) zu klären, bzw. baten um eine Teilrückerstattung unserer Mietkosten, da wir weit außerhalb unserer Stornierungsfrist erst von den Bauarbeiten erfahren haben. Von dort haben wir aber bis jetzt kein Entgegenkommen erfahren, vielmehr wird von dieser Seite der Vorgang verzögert und ignoriert. Würde dort nie wieder buchen."

Il est bien équipé 🙁 Nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu profiter de notre séjour car la maison mitoyenne est en pleine réfection.( Très gros oeuvre car tout est a nu ).Burineurs et perçages de 08h30 à 17h . Bruits incessants , impossible de se reposer . Il est vraiment inacceptable de louer cette maison dans de telles conditions. Très déçu du coup"
