The living/dining room features a window overlooking the courtyard, a sofa bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a flat-screen TV, and electric shutters. There is also an exit to the balcony from this room. The other room is a dressing room facing south, equipped with a double bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long) and electric shutters.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
