Wonderful stay in Sainte Maxime

This house was perfect for our group of 7. We enjoyed meals both indoors in the spacious dining room as well as outdoors on the deck. The kitchen is well-equipped for any type of meal - whether you want to do serious cooking or just bring in food from the market. The grounds and the pool are lovely, and the view is spectacular. Michael is an excellent host - very pleasant to interact with and responsive to all of our inquiries. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were to find ourselves in the area.

Beautiful house in a great location

House had plenty of space, two kitchens and living rooms. Lots of bedrooms and extremely nice bathrooms. Outdoor space was great with a Pool, terrace/dining area, and a grill.The house is a nice walk down hill to town, takes about 15 mins.Only major issue we had is cable internet was not working and apparently had been that way for a while but we weren't warned about this. They gave us a cellular based wifi box but the problem was that cell reception was pretty bad so it would cut out a lot. Not good enough quality for work (e.g. uploading pdfs for emails and videochats did not work consistently).

Beautiful house, beautiful setting

The house was perfectly set up for our family group of 10. Plenty of room for all to be together or to have some time away from everyone else. The location was ideal for exploring this part of France and Sainte Maxime itself had lots of good restaurants, markets, etc.Our host, Michael, was very responsive both in the lead up to the rental and during the stay. Our major complaint (responsible for the 4 star rating) was the lack of reliable internet, although the listing said it would be available in every room. For more than half of our stay there was very weak or no internet connection in any part of the house. This made it quite difficult to research and make reservations for restaurants, activities, etc. (critical for a group of 10), and one member of our family was trying to work part of the time which proved to be problematic. Eventually the internet connection was improved in the main part of the house but was still unavailable in any of the bedrooms. All in all, we had a lovely stay and highly recommend the villa if you don’t need reliable internet during your stay or if that problem is really corrected.

Absolutely beautiful villa

Villa was huge and very inviting. The property manager was very responsive in addressing any issues. The villa was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful view of the sea. The bedrooms were all large with large ensuite bathrooms. The pool was wonderful and had 6 chaise loungers and a sitting area. The villa had multiple sitting areas and 3 areas where you could dine. There were three refrigerators in the villa. We used the refrigerator in the pantry off the kitchen for our beverages. There is a Carrefour close to the villa but a much newer and larger one on the road that you are on coming to the villa off the freeway. We could walk into the town of Sainte Maxime which had a lovely market and many nice restaurants to dine in. It was a harder walk uphill back to the villa but if you take a couple breaks it was okay. (We are all in our 60's) Easy to drive to other towns in the South of France. Highly recommend this villa.

Dream Villa

Beautiful, villa, well maintained and well appointed. Very private and not overlooked by or overlooking surrounding properties. Plenty of comfortable seating areas with options of sunshine and shade all day long. Lovely sea views from the main terrace and top floor. The pool was also lovely with good pool furniture. Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds and good showers. The grounds are totally enclosed with plenty of space for our two dogs to safely run around. Although not advertised as accessible, it worked really well for my husband who was using a mobility scooter and couldn't manage stairs - he didn't use the pool level, but kitchen, lounge, large terrace, bedrooms and bathrooms could all be easily accessed and the scooter easily made it down to the town and back when we went out. The villa is well located in a quiet area with just a short walk down the hill into the port or town centre. Michael was really helpful and readily available when we needed to contact him. A welcome basket including wines, coffee and teas was very much appreciated; and the kitchen was equipped with basic condiments, olive oil, washing up materials etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa, so much so that we have already booked to stay again next year!

Luxurious two-week stay at Villa Morgan

Villa Morgan was the perfect location for our two week stay in the Cote d'Azur. The views down to the Gulf of Saint-Tropez were truly breathtaking. The home has 5 modern and contemporary bedrooms - each with their own private en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have lovely water views. The home also comes with a bocce ball court, pingpong table and a gorgeous pool - all 3 amenities were used by us most days. The home locale is very private amid the expansive grounds, yet you can walk to town in about 10 minutes (find the public stairs about 200 yards away down Bellevue Blvd). We walked to town each morning to get fresh croissants and were back within the hour. Sainte-Maxime is a quaint and charming village. It has dozens of upscale and excellent restaurants, plenty of shopping, plethora of grocers (recommend the Covered Market), etc. You can also walk to town and take a public boat over to St. Tropez (and many other destinations) right from the marina in Sainte-Maxime.There was also ample parking for our two cars for our day trips at the villa. The host, Michael. was easy to work with and was super responsive. We have nothing but excellent things to say about our stay at this lovely abode! We definitely recommend this villa for it's incredible views, privacy, proximity to town, drivable locale for many day trips (St. Tropez, Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Monaco, beaches, hiking, wineries, golfing, etc), amenities (pool, bocce, ping pong, etc.) and its receptive host, Michael.

Saint Maxime Vacation

A British family of 12 visiting France from the USA had an amazing time at Villa Morgan! Michael the manager did a fabulous job of liasing with us over all details and an amazing vacation was had by all!! We would not hesitate to go back to this area and this villa next time we head to Europe!!!

Amazing Villa

We had an wonderful holiday in this amazing villa. It is situated in a fantastic location near Sainte Maxime...an easy five minute walk into town. It has stunning views across the bay to St Tropez and has a spacious modern, tasteful decor. The pool and outside areas are well maintained with high quality furniture and lovely gardens. We hope to return next year with the rest of our family as there is so much space.

It’s people that make the biggest difference

The property was perfectly located and within easy reach of the pretty little town of Saint Maxime and a hop across the water to Saint Tropez. Excellent interior spaces. What made the holiday perfect was Michael, the manager. His attention, responsiveness and curtesy meant we didn’t have to worry about anything as small issues that arose were dealt with immediately.

nous avons passé 10 beaux jours ici, la maison est proche du centre, elle est meublée de façon moderne avec un beau jardin. Immer einen Urlaub wert

Tolle Villa in super Lage! Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig und es ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und das Zentrum von Sainte - Maxime ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Schiff erreicht man Saint-Tropez in nur 20 Minuten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Südfrankreich und können diese Destination sehr empfehlen. Wir werden sicher wieder einen Urlaub dort planen.

Fantastique séjour

Superbe maison, spacieuse, très bien agencée, proposant à chaque couple un bel espace d’intimité une fois dans la chambre (nous étions 9 personnes), avec une grande et très agréable terrasse surplombant la piscine et offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez et sur Saint-Tropez même (nous n’avons pas raté une miette de son feu d’artifice de la Saint-Sylvestre). Ce séjour restera gravé à jamais dans nos mémoires.

Beautiful Villa

Our family group of 7 stayed for week at Villa Morgan and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did not want to leave. The recent renovations made to the property are fabulous. Each bedroom is ensuite which gives everyone privacy. The upper deck and pool area were lovely, and the kitchen by the pool was great for va I g east access to snacks and drinks. Being within walking distance to town was nice. Be aware that basic supplies are not provided - such as shampoo, soap, paper towels/napkins. So you might want to make a stop at one of the nearby grocery stores.
