This 3-bedroom 105m2 Villa in Sainte-Maxime is a comfortable and affordable accommodation perfect for families, groups and business travelers alike.This is your perfect home away from home.

Travelers are sure to appreciate the residential amenities, ideal for extended-stays. Sleeps 6 up to 8 people. Our villa at Lagrange Vacances Residence Le Carré Beauchêne features:

• 1st Bedroom: 1 Double bed
• 2nd Bedroom: 1 Double bed
• 3rd Bedroom: 2 Single beds
• Living area: Sofa bed, TV + DVD player, Hi-Fi system, Wood burning fireplace
• Kitchen: Set of ceramic hobs, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Dining table with seating

• Access to all amenities depends on the current situation and government instructions
• This villa may be split-level, please do let us know if you have a preference and we will be happy to try and accommodate you
• 1 FREE parking space per villa
• Bed and bath linen are provided on arrival, though a change of linen costs €8/change
• Wi-Fi is available in your villa for an additional fee of €7/day and €20/week
• Heat your private pool for €50/week. The pool is open from April until the end of September, weather dependent
• A bundle of wood for the wood-burning fireplace is €15 (ideal for 2-3 fires)
• Upon departure and if necessary, a fireplace cleaning fee may be charged of €15
• If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €7/night for 5 nights and €39 for stays over 5 nights
• For stays of 7+ nights, guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end of stay cleaning will be provided for an additional fee of €130 to €185
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €800 and a small daily tourist tax between €0.50 and €3 charged per person
