We were a large group of family& friends ranging in age from 21 yrs to 70 yrs. This home offered absolutely everything we could want, set in the most spectacular garden one could imagine. The wonderful town of Sainte Maxime, with great dining, shopping, and easy access to the Bateau Verts Ferry was a 15 minute walk. Numerous beach club options that offer sun loungers with bar service and full service restaurants on the sand line the easy to walk coastline. Since we all enjoy cooking, numerous trips were made to the large Carrefour Super Marche nearby, where parking is plentiful. We ventured to St. Tropez twice on the Ferry, but were happiest just hanging out at the Villa or exploring the very chill vibe of Sainte Maxime. The owner was very responsive to questions ahead of our arrival, and the on-site property manager was charming, and available to help if we needed anything. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, the home was very tastefully decorated, there were plenty of sun loungers and pool toys. We enjoyed the ping pong table and the boules court, the many beautiful outdoor spaces, and of course, the large pool. The bird song in the morning makes you feel you are in an aviary. Such a peaceful and private vacation home.
The only suggestion I could offer for improvement would the addition of air conditioning in the Master Suite, but we did find a fan, which helped tremendously. We hope to return again to this special property, and we thank Madame Comyn for her kindness.
