In Sainte-Maxime, 300m walk from its most beautiful beach, quiet on a plot of 2000 m2, a very nice villa completely renovated of 200m2 on two levels with panoramic sea view. Ideal for 2 families.

It consists of a ground floor with living room, dining room, fully equipped open kitchen (refrigerators, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, induction hob, oven, dishwasher), washing machine and dryer. 3 double bedrooms en suite with their shower rooms and WC, one with bath - a room with bed (180X200) and a room with a separable double bed (160X200) and a room with a separable double bed (180x190)

A large terrace with a covered and south facing part with sea view, a dining area equipped with a gas plancha, and a garden furniture.

At the pool level an independent apartment: a living room/ kitchenette (dishwasher, coffee machine, hob), and two bedrooms with shower rooms and WC - one bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a bedroom with a double bed (180x190). A washing machine and dryer.

Great place to stay
