Located in Sainte-Maxime, this 30 m² studio accommodates up to 3 guests and features a living area with sleeping arrangements and 1 bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the main room, TV, and Wi-Fi for your comfort. A high chair is available for families traveling with children, and breakfast is included in your stay.



Relax on your private covered terrace and take advantage of access to the shared garden and outdoor pool. An outdoor shower is also available for use after swimming or returning from the beach.



On-site parking with 1 shared space is provided. You are welcome to bring 1 pet during your stay, but please note that parties are not permitted on the property.



The property offers easy access to the beach and has a shared playground for children. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away for sports enthusiasts.
