Beautiful property - decorated with taste, charm and generosity. Each bedroom suite had been carefully thought out and individually decorated, and all had comfortable beds and silent, efficient air con. The communal areas were calm & comfortable, with eclectic style. The host, manager and cleaning staff were charming and helpful, with fabulous response to any queries. Beautiful Stay at La Baldina

We had a beautiful stay at La Baldina. The property has an amazing pool area that overlooks the vines of Chateau Minuty. There was a lovely breeze most days. The pool was heated which was a nice touch. In the evening we enjoyed our meals on the terrace overlooking the beautiful view with the trees and outdoor sculptures uplit. The grounds are exquisite with flowers, a garden, a secluded daybed and lots of private spaces to relax. The owner was easy to communicate with. The housekeeper at the property was lovely. Highly recommended for a private stay away from the hustle bustle of downtown St Tropez.

One of the nicest property we’ve rented !

I was back in the region for the weekend. This was not our first stay but every time we come back, the villa keeps getting greater and greater. Even though it was off season with a a few drops of rain the villa is so charming and so beautiful we were extremely happy to spend time inside. The park gets more and more charming every time we come. Emmanuel has such an amazing attention to details in the way he landscapes this villa. This is indeed a real gem !! He’s always so welcoming and makes sure you feel at home ! It’s truly an amazing experience having the chance to stay here !!! I Hope I’ll be able to come back during spring or summer !

Nous ne comptons plus les fois ou nous sommes venus à la Baldina. Nos séjours sont toujours incroyables ! La gentillesse d’Emmanuel qui se plie toujours en quatre pour nous être agréable, les femmes de chambres discrètes, gentilles et efficaces, son property manager adorable et son chef impeccable ! Bref. Nous ne tarissons jamais assez d’éloges sur nos séjours dans ce havre de paix… et nos amis qui nous accompagnaient furent subjugués par le parc, le calme, la beauté du lieu et la localisation idéale ! Un havre de paix et d’élégance

Élégance. Raffinement Calme. Sérénité. Voilà les mots que j’emploierais pour décrire cette propriété. L’entrée majestueuse vous mène le long d’un chemin qui longe les vignes de Minuty jusqu’au parking. De la, isolé du reste s’ouvre à vous le parc. Discret et élégant, on découvre petit à petit un potager, un vieux puits qui me rappelle mon enfance, puis une coure intérieure magnifiquement plantée qui offre un havre de paix unique, rythmé par le son de l’eau qui coule de la fontaine ! Et quand on pense avoir tout vu.... on se rend compte qu’il y a encore derrière un sublime jardin à l’écart où les vues sur les vignes sont tout simplement magiques et enchanteresses ! On se laisse guider le long d’un chemin qui sinue et nous mène au terrain de pétanque avant de découvrir de superbes perspectives sur la propriété. Quant à la villa en elle même, c’est un mélange de décor chaleureux et raffiné qui vous fait vous sentir immédiatement chez vous ! Le salon et la salle à manger ainsi que quelques chambres ouvrent directement sur la terrasse et la piscine qui surplombent les vignes avoisinantes ! La decoration est chique et raffinée comme on en voit très peu dans les villas a louer qui sont souvent froides ou impersonnelles. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée. Bref. Vous l’aurez compris ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! C’est vraiment un joyau logé dans un écrin parfaitement manucuré au milieu d’un paysage idyllique ! C’était parfait !

One of the most charming villa we’ve rented

This was the first time we rented a villa with this platform. The Property is amazing ! And I think the pictures don’t quite do it justice as it’s even nicer in real. The park has been beautifully landscaped and is absolutely charming. We loved the inner yard with the fountain as well as the vegetable garden from which we picked our tomatoes and zucchini and aubergine regularly ! As for the villa it’s been decorated with a lot of taste and attention to details. We felt at home right away ! Emmanuel has a very sure taste and he made us feel special during all our stay by ensuring that our every needs were taken care of. I don’t have enough words to describe how we loved our stay ! Thanks a million for having us and we’ll definitely be back soon !

Just perfect!

The house is absolutely beautiful even better then in pictures! Every room is very spacious and full of details which makes you feel immediately at home. Also all mattresses and pillows are very confortables which is not often the case...The outside is also wonderful. You can walk on the little hill to reach the traditional “pétanque” field to play a game with your friends while drinkind a glass of rosé or you can lay next to the pool just in front of the house which is also very good for safety in case you have children has they will always be visible! The owner Emmanuel have always been amazing with us and responded our requests within minutes. Moreover he has a person on site that can help for more practical matters also very efficient! There would be many other things to say but the point is that everything was above our expectations and with my family we absolutely loved our holidays here and hope to be back soon!

Amazing as usual

I have had the chance of staying twice at La Baldina. Every time my friends & I are amazed. The property is set in the middle of the vineyards and is so peaceful. It has some very good vibes and you feel immediately at home when you arrive. Emmanuel and his team are wonderful, Quick to answer your every need, and always willing to help and please you. The property has been greatly enhanced since I last stayed here. The interior decoration gives it a wonderful charm. And the park is getting truly incredible. To give you an idea of the attention to details we met his green keeper (!!) while we stayed who comes every week to ensure the lawn remains pristine !!! Such an attention to detail !! We are all very eager to be back next year to see how all the plants in the park will have evolved. Trust me when I say it’s not just your average 5* property you may find on Airbnb and on VRBO. It’s one of a kind that evolves in its own category and would deserve a special 6th star or a different category as it truly stands out !

Charming, quiet and close to everything!

We had great few days stay at La Baldina, with 4 kids and grandma. We thought we are unlucky due to weather which was not very welcomkng, but the place has proven itself to overcome even this - kids enjoyed every day at home and at heated pool, we loved our breakfasts and dinners at the villa and foremost its amazing chef which can be booked via the host. We will for sure come again!

La Baldina - generous and luxurious

Thank you very much Emmanuel, we had an extraordinary week at La Baldina. This is not the usual vacation accommodation, this is a home where the host welcomes you generously to spent some time at his place. It’s not missing anything. It has style and most of all taste. The rooms are spacious and all individually styled, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms in the main house all have windows. The kitchen satisfies even professional chefs. Since a couple of my siblings love to cook we found everything to prepare delicious meals for our large group, helped by the huge Weber grill outside. The outside of La Baldina provides a lot of space to sit and have a chat or a drink. We loved to sit in the courtyard outside the entrance which is reminiscent of a park in a french castle. We used the boule ground extensively. I can only highly recommend La Baldina and we hope to come back in the not too distant future. We all loved it there.

Perfection!

We have been coming to st Tropez all our lives and have always loved this small quiet and supremely beautiful area Overlooking vineyards near Gassin This beautifully appointed villa has fabulous gardens and views over the vineyards and towards the Golfe de St Tropez, and a large pool. The hosts are welcoming and solicitous and there are really no downsides to mention. Just lovely.

Superbe Villa...emplacement parfait

Nous sommes restés avec quelques amis et nos enfants dans cette villa et elle était absolument parfaite. Le jardin est superbe, cuisine charmante, piscine pratique est belle. Nous avons logé dans cette magnifique maison au style provençale avec notre fils de 19 mois pendant quelques jours. La maison est tout simplement sublime, la décoration est magnifique. La maison offre une vue sur de très beaux paysages, c’est à couper le souffle. Sous les conseils du propriétaire, nous avons également pris le chef Aurélien qui a préparé des mets divins durant notre séjour. Séjour idyllique une fois de plus

Ce fut mon 5ème séjour dans cette propriété et plus j’y reviens plus je suis charmé! Le parc s’embellit d’années en années et la décoration de la maison a été complètement repensée l’an dernier ce qui lui donne maintenant un charme exquis d’une propriété du début du siècle à mi chemin entre la Toscane et la Provence, baignée d’un mélange entre les années 50 et nos jours ! Une très belle réussite et une maison hors norme où il fait bon vivre et y revenir chaque année! Emmanuel est toujours disponible et prêt à vous aider si vous avez besoin de quelques conseil que ça soit et fera tout pour que votre séjour soit agréable et aussi réussi que possible. L’endroit est unique à St Tropez. Proche de tout et si calme. Une vraie petite merveille ! Il me tarde d’y revenir !

What an amazing stay !

We just came off season for a weekend ! What an adorable house ! The garden is absolutely stunning and recreates the charm of the Italian garden of the beginning of last century, while the interior decoration is a mix between provencal and mid 50's.... We truly loved our stay ! The house is ideally located with hundreds of acres of vineyards in front of you for your only neighbor ! while it took us around 5 minutes to drive to St Tropez. Even though this was off season, it is remarkably close to all the right spot while being secluded in the vineyards. Emmanuel was quick to answer all of our questions and we are now very eager to return during the high season !

Beautiful, clean, and well equipped

It has been a pleasure to stay at La Baldina. We have had the most fantastic three weeks enjoying our time at the villa and exploring the surrounding area. Superb restaurants and beaches. The entire family have loved this holiday. The villa is extremely well equipped and the pool and house set up is fabulous. We could not have wished for anything better. We would definitely recommend La Baldina to anyone. Thank you Emmanuel.

Simply perfect...

Our stay at La baldina was absolutely perfect, the villa, the view and the landscape was so beautiful and we immediately felt at home here. Both the owner and our contact person at the house was super helpful all the time! We simply have nothing but great words to say about this place and our stay. We will definitely come back!
