「I had a very pleasant stay of six nights here. The room newly renovated and had all the necessities of a longer stay including a fully equipped kitchenette. The highlight for me was the rain shower with good volume and hot water. The bed mattress was a bit thin and low.The receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. "We are family with 2 teenagers. It’s a nice hotel. Arnold served us in the front desk when we checked in around 1:30am. He was gentle and friendly. Help us to check in and told us the facilities in Hotel. Gave us a discount coupon for drinks in the lounge. Reminded us to call him if we needed any help. It’s a very good location. It takes 10-15 minutes tram to Brussel- Zuid or Brussel- Noord. Then we could go everywhere such as Ghent or Paris. Our room is a junior suite with Sauna. It’s very nice to have sauna in room. The room is spacious with soft bed and pillows We had sweet dreams for two nights. For the cleanliness, dusting the towel warmer and the sauna room then we could give 5 stars. Anyway, we will come again."
