“The hotel is very nice and all of the staffs are very kind. We visited Brugge for honeymoon and they upgrade for us which is a very big flavor. The room is awesome and the lobby is very beautiful. “Found an absolute gem of a hotel. Location is perfect and quiet beautiful. Easy walk to main square Hotel is quaint and packed with character, if you want chain levels of decor find somewhere else. everything you needs for a stay, lift to floors, parking for; motorbikes. “The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again. ”

“Beautiful hotel, tastefully renovated. We stayed at the executive suite with garden view, which was adorable. There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. ”
