「The hotel is higher than the parking but there is no elevator. You need to take your luggage by yourself up the stairs. From the stairs to the building there is gravel which prevent you from rolling the luggage. The room is very large and nice but there is no TV. Didn’t bother us as we came in late and went to sleep. The breakfast starts at 9:00 and is good. We had to pay extra for the coffee. 」

「It’s a nice new family run hotel is the residential area some1,5 km away from the city centre. There are large single family houses with gardens on the street and recreational park some 10 min walk away, it has a cable car which will take you down to the city centre in 2 min. Family running the hotel is very friendly and helpful, they also have a dog and 3 cats one of which is rescued. breakfasts are great or they can offer you a lunch box if you leave early. 「Honestly I don't know where to start. Receptionist guys just do as follows but happens tk be that they asked me on check in to pay the reservation and ask to call support for refund. This is definitely not how a collaboration between a hotel should work like. Best part that after 24h I was asked same request after having sorted it out by explaining that everything was paid. Also conditions of the property are not top, either the cleaning. Often 3 stars are met with lower expectations however not...
