Perfect location

Perfect location and it’s only a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Cooking facilities allows me to buy food from supermarket and cook by myself. Design is cool and chill. Highly recommend.

Top notch stay

Superb accommodation, the best we’ve encountered during our two month inter-rail trip. Wonderful interior design with an extremely high end finish all over. Comfortable, clean and a great base for exploring the old part of the city

A very comfortable property - I enjoyed my stay very much. The kitchen was not really extremely well equipped for any serious cooking (no bowls to toss a salad in, no basics such as salt and pepper), but functional. Good bed. Nice work area. The only complaint I had was here that was absolutely ZERO response from the hosts when I tried to contact them on two separate occasions via the WhatsApp number they supplied (supplied in their lobby, on the room door, in contact info). I would certainly consider staying here again - the location was excellent… near the center of old town without being engulfed by it and feeling completely touristy.

Excellent Stay!!

Fantastic location! Short walk to everything you want to see. Super close by Grocery store and endless cafes and shops. I appreciated the easy access into the building and apartment. The apartment is super clean and modern and has everything you need (except basics salt, sugar, oil etc) surprisingly comfortable bed and perfect amount of space for our family. AC is not adjustable but is set at a very comfortable temperature. We heard zero street noise. Also Loved having the option to store our luggage within the building in secure lockers so we could take advantage of the rest of the day. Each locker was deep and cost 1€ and no time limit. We would stay in these apartments again!!

There was absolutely zero soundproofing in the room, do not choose if you intend to sleep. The air conditioning/heating was also stuck pumping 30 degree heat into the room even when set to cooling and low temp. Terrible, the cleanliness was its only redeeming feature.

Magnifique appartement très bien situé

Magique appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Salamanque. Tout est très propre, tout neuf et très bien équipé. De la machine à laver le linge, climatisation, sèche cheveux , tv x2 , machine à café. Pas de bruit, la terrasse est très agréable pour prendre son café le matin. Il n’y a pas de de réception mais la personne qui prend les appels à votre arrivée est très agréable. Parle anglais et français. Le petit bonus sont les produits dans la salle de bain qui sentent très bon (gel douche, shampoing, conditionner, crème pour le corps) Nous reviendrons !

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist neuwertig, stillvoll modern und elegant. Wäsche wie Badetücher u.a.sind im Überfluss vorhanden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist bis hin einschließlich Waschmaschine vollständig. Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand, der Hausgang ebenfalls elegant. Alles perfekt sauber.Es gibt wirklich nichts, was zu bemängeln wäre. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder nehmen.
